Default Serious help needed - intermittent fuel problem

Well my car died while I was driving yesterday. This is the second time this has happened, and it has happened twice now while car was on the dyno. It only seems to happen when the car is being driven/pushed hard.

After it died yesterday, I had no fuel pressure when cycling the key on/off (per fuel pressure gauge on the rail). I thought it might be the relay for the fuel pump (pump is hard wired directly off the battery in the trunk), so I disconnected the relay and jumped the factory wired back together but that did not work. I then turned off the battery (via circuit breaker hooked to neg lead), pulled all the plugs out of the ECU (K-Pro) and let it sit for a few minutes. When I plugged everything back in and turned the battery back on, she fired up and ran the rest of the day (was on a drive with the local S2K guys). The rest of the drive was not as "spirited" as when my car died, so was not pushing it really that hard the rest of the trip.

So I'm at a loss now and can't seem to figure out what is wrong with my fuel system. Here's the setup:

Aeromotive 340lph in tank pump (hardwired directly off Odyssey 925 battery w/10gauge wire, factory wire from relay to pump though)
AEM fuel rail, AEM fpr, K-Tuned 100psi fuel pressure gauge, ID1000cc injectors
91 octane pump gas

This may be grabbing at straws, but is it possible the pump is getting too hot and shutting down (like a thermal high limit)...then when it cools down it resets?

The only constant I can see is that this only happens when the car is being pushed hard and for an extended period.

I did not have this issue before I did a wire tuck this summer, not sure if that could be related.

Things I'm going to do today to try and fix the problem:
Put my tried and true Walbro pump back in
New OEM pump hanger
New OEM fuel filter (sock)
possibly run larger gauge wire from the relay to the pump

Any other ideas welcomed! I'm supposed to be back on the dyno tomorrow so hoping to get this figured out.
