Unhappy Shooting Fireballs :)

A brief description and just looking for opinions!

I am Comptech Supercharged w/ cooler w/ 7 psi pulley stock injectors running somewhere in the 10.5 to 11 A/F , I just installed a T1r test pipe w the mechanical 02 sensor mod (which works perfect by the way) No Cel and between 3rd and 4th under acceleration I get a huge backfire between shifts with a very cool fireball I am about to install an EMS and 550 injectors but was wondering if I may call on some more experienced owners with their thoughts or concerns - the car runs great and I believe I am running a bit rich at the moment - I like the idea of having my very own Roman Candle but want to be safe until it gets tuned in about a month or so!
Thanks for reading!!!

Yes, it would appear that you are running very rich and in doing so, without a cat present to act as a "flame arrester", I guess the burning exhaust gases are simply going out the tail pipe.

Thanks for the replies! I heard the POP before but without the cat they are much louder and now I have the fireball - I was concerned but the kid in me thought it was very cool and hope to get it on video I am waiting on my AEM wideband with display as we speak just to be sure I am safe with my A/F until the ems is installed and tuned ! Thanks again for the replies.
