Default Slow oil leak?

I have noticed recently that after 1000 miles or so. whenever I check the bottom of the oil filter, it seems to be wet with oil. But not enough to leak. I'm just wondering what could be causing this? My oil filter is torqued to spec.

Maybe the mating surfaces weren't clean.

Yea that's what I was thinking. I looked again and it seems to be coming from the TCT housing. I started noticing this after I replaced my TCT with Billman's TCT.
