Default smoking

My ap1 has recently clocked 90k and started to smoke on and on vtec just not on idle it runs fine but chews a lot of oil also when the dipstick is removed there is a lot of pressure. My first thought was the rings but also the stem seals as when i bought the car it was run on mobile 1 0w40 with is a bit thin i thought any ideas chears.
