Default Soft top latch

The latch on the passenger side of my S keeps unlatching if I hit a bump. It looks the same as the one on the drivers side which has no problems. Anyone else have this problem? Can I buy a new latch? Any suggestions aside from leaving the top down? Thanks for the advice.

It says in your profile that you have an '01. If true, you may still have the old windshield strikers. Honda did have a TSB to have the newer, heavy duty hardtop strikers put on if you are having these sorts of issues with your latch. The newer cars all come with the revised strikers. Although your one striker may have come loose (grab it - will it wiggle?), your top will latch much more securely if you get the new strikers and Loctite them in.
Also, have you been treating your windshield weather stripping with some sort of silicone grease? If not, then your seal may have aged and compressed over time. This would eliminate some of the elasticity that provides a bit of opposing pressure on the latch.
