Default Soft top question

Hey guys, just a quick question.

The soft top stitching at the bottow of my window came apart (pictures below) i have tried several adhesives like loctite vinyl adhesive to JB weld. What do you guys recommend to fix this? Its not leaking or anything. Just wanna fix it because the previous owner hot glued that entire section.

Thanks everyone!

It's hard to find something that sticks to the material for a long time

I think you could try some of the PVC glues with primers at the Home Depot and Lowes. Its not in an area that is getting flexed directly.

How about 3M super black gasket sealant? That stuff worked great on sticking vinyl patches on my top from the inside. I got the idea from an old S2Ki post. Just apply a thin layer on each side, wait 30 seconds to let it get tacky and press together. Would be idea to place a light weight to hold it on for a bit and let it sit overnight

I actually used E6000, I took my dear time and applied even coats with a small paint brush. I did 3 inches at a time, so I could apply the same amount of pressure and at the same time have control over it.
I know it probably wont hold for ever but at least it will buy me some time until I can buy a hardtop.

I wish I would have taken pics, I would have surely wrote a quick DIY or something because I'm sure this probably has happened to many.
