Default Soft top wont close!

Hey guys this might be in the wrong place......if so sorry! But I was installing my new headunit last night and once everything was done my convertable top will not close. I checked the fuses under the hood and everything looked good. Is there anywhere else the problem could be originating from or anything to check? If nothing I am going to take to honda tommorow but if someone could help please.
thanks

You might want to post over in the electronics area, someone there may know what happened. It sounds like you disconnected a wire to your top switch, or to the handbrake. When you pull up your handbrake does the BRAKE light on the dash come on? Your top won't operate unless your handbrake is engaged (unless you disable that).

sounds like the wire that clips onto the ebrake handle came undone.

Nope the e brake light is on when ever the ebrake is engaged. Checked all known fuses for soft top and look good. Checked where the wires plug into the switch and they look good. Basically soft top and passenger side window wont open/close.

its 1 wire that plugs into the bottom of the ebrake handle under the console with a green connector, not wires. so go check that. for the passanger window, sounds like you need to flick the switch on the driver door by the mirror controls that disables the passanger window.

Ok got the passenger window ok, I feel stupid aswell. However there was two wires next to the ebrake, one very small wire and another that has a green connectore. The green connector was not plugged in and I couldnt find a plug to do that but the other small one was and was plugged into the base of the ebrake handle. Could it have something to do with the green connector? If so where does it plug in?
thanks

ok my bad, i just looked at mine. the white connector goes to the bottom of the ebrake handle. the green is for the hard top defroster.

since yours isn't working but white is plugged in, i guess you'll have to take it to the dealer for troubleshooting. dumb question, but you do have the ebrake handle in the up position and are not moving at all when you press the roof button forwards and backwards do you?
