Default Solid Mounts or Aftermarket CMC causing issue? Billman...

I have innovative 95A motor and transmission mounts. I also have the OmniPower CMC. I have a brand new 2000 mile AP2 transmission, a brand new HTG clutch kit. My car likes to hang up going into 2nd and 3rd gear. Like a tiny grind. A full grind when its below 32. Yet if I depress the clutch wait awhile and then shift. It does not. Are the mounts contributing to this? Or is it just this CMC throwing my shift/clutch timing off because of the shorter throw and the transmission speed hasnt dropped fast enough for when I am shifting? Or something completely different?

I'm stuck at the fact it's 2nd and 3rd gear. If it were mount/mc related, I think you'd have issues with all forward gears. Are we sure this tranny only has 2K miles? Which fluid are you running?
