Some questions on CAI's...
Bioler is correct...the dangling connector is for the air solenoid which you normally find between the stock airbox and the intake pipe on the back of the box.
Remove the metal piping. The upper tube of the metal piping that connects to the engine cover...once the metal piping is gone, connect that point of the engine cover with the taped-over spot on the intake near the throttle body. From the looks o fit, the other end of the upper metal pipe is just hanging in open air.
The second metal tube that connects the lower part of the engine to something off to the driver's side of the intake...again, remove the metal tubing, and replace those two connections points with a single hose connection.
The two think metal tubes are inputs and outputs for the same system, which this guy has again left open-ended. Just under the black fuel rail cover you'll find two similarly sized metal tubes. I can't remember off hand which is which, input or output, BUT...one tube connects to a hose, this connects to a small white one-way valve, this connects to another hose which connects to one side of the black box attached to the backside of the engine lower support strut, the second side of this box connects to another hose, which connects to the missing air solenoid, second tube on air solenoid connects to another hose, which connects to the second small tube under the fuel rail cover, completing the system.
Replace the sticky tape covering the NOS hole with something a bit more solid...a bit of that tape (or anything else, for that matter) getting sucked through that hole will gum up the motor works.
Wow, when this guy put the system back to stock, he really left a lot of shit out. The seller was either an idiot, or he just didn't car what he told you (most likely) because it would no longer be his problem. That's not an air intake temp sensor that's missing, so cancel the order. Take it to the dealership, look at a stock one on the lot, find the sensor I mentioned, point it out to a tech, and say "I need that!"

Ok, I'm gonna print this post and go take a look in a few minutes to see if I can figure it out. I'm also gonna run over to a honda dealer today and see if I can take a look under the hood to figure out what the hell is going on. Thanks for everyone's patience!
Ok, I GET IT! Mostly. I finally understand most of this. I have two questions left though. Or really one question that applies to two tubes.

In the two shaded ovals in this picture, what do I do with those connections? I understand where everything else is supposed to go in terms of connections off that set of metal tubes, but what about those?

Look at where the tube is routed. Once the metal tubes are removed, those connections still need to be made, so run a longer piece of hose between the engine block spout just behind the upper-leftmost pulley down to the spout on the bottom of the throttle body.
Anyone know the inner diameters of the three tubes that need to be replaced? Basically, i'm talking about the three different tube sizes that connect to the metal tube assembly (The big metal piece in the picture above).
TTT. Anyone know these tube diameters? I'd really like to purchase new ones today as my new sensor and check valve will be here tomorrow or friday. I couldn't find the info in my shop manual, and believe me, I checked. Thanks!
