Default Something seems to be missing! Empty threaded hole in engine.

Hey guys,

I was getting ready to install my billman's tct when I noticed an empty threaded hole next to the TCT. What is this?

Your not missing anything. They come stock like that. Maybe it's for other countries or something with right hand drive.

Thank you sir! Apparently this is a common panic when fiddling with the tct. Other folks have said it is for an engine hoist mounting point, etc. Thanks! I was cussing!

That bolt hole is there for you to put a bolt in and it's used for engine removal. Since you're not removing the engine that hole is useless to you.

I put a bolt there just because I feel every hole should be filled with something.

as mentioned it's an exta hole for hoisting the engine. Many people use it for engine torque damper mounting since it doesn't get used.

The hole is there only so you can put the mounting bracket on it for the blower
