Spark Plug change DIY
I would just take a dremel and slice ~1/2-way down the head of the screw so that I could fit a flathead screwdriver in there. I would replace the bolt ASAP after I did this of course. And this option would be a last resort for me if I needed to get that sucker out now.
Thank you very much for the detailed write up, I used it to change mine over the weekend, no hassles.
I pulled out these plugs, I think they are Bosch FR6KPP3K+ but I can't find them on Google

Are the plugs I pulled out the right plug for the S2K? Could they have been causing any performance issues?
Thanks!

Great DIY. Did this myself with no real mechanical background. I wanted to learn how to do stuff myself and this helped so much.
Quick question though. I did this because I got a CEL with code P0300. I was told that replacing the plugs would fix it, and I have noticed that the start up is much smoother, but the CEL is still on. Do I have to reset the light? And of yes, if the problem was something else, will it come back on again? I don't want to reset the CEL and not know further down the road that something else was the problem.

Didn't notice any problems with the Bosch but it feels better using NGK

I think this code needs to be cleared. If your problem is unresolved with the plugs, the CEL will definitely come back so no worries there.
Just wondering what can happen if overtorqued? And just thought i'd ask as well if anyone installed the plugs in and took it out to retorque would it compromise the anti-seize coating and be comparable to not having the coating at all? thanks in advance!
I just ordered new NGK plugs and will install when I get back from my trip. The plugs all looked pretty good, no issues so I could have probably gone longer without a change out but what the heck. Gives me an excuse to play with the car. $45 on eBay for the four.
