Default Spark plugs

I recently bought 02 s2000, I know that there is the spark plug recell on them. Well I was a little confused about the part numbers the owners manual said pfr7g-11s and the part that they geve me at auto parts store is IFR7G-11KS . So I dont know if they gave me the wrong spark plugs. I just want the oem spark plugs. Can some one tell me the old part number and the new so I know for sure.

Do what you like - but Billman250 (outstanding S2000 mechanic/tech)was pretty firm in telling me to stick with the Honda version of the plug. He's seen too many folks buy plugs at whatever auto parts store and damage the plug attempting to properly gap it. Order the Honda part from the Hard Top Guy (linked on this site). You'll get them a lot cheaper than what the dealer sells them for.

You got the iridium plugs. Some members here have tried these. The OEMs are platinum.

in regards to gapping, if you order s2000 plugs, shouldn't they be properly gapped already?

I believe the OEM ones should be properly gapped for our cars. PFR7G-11S, NGK double laser platinum is what they are (I think?)

Hardtopguy sells them for $69 a set. (~$17each).

I bought mine from www.handa-accessories.com ~$13.56each.
