Default Spark Plugs

I recently removed my spark plugs and i didnt have a torque wrench. I torqued them down to where i thought was good. Today I bought a wrench and found i over torqued it. I backed it out and torqued it to 23 ft lbs. Is this ok? Im worried that it will back out of the threads since it was previousl tighter? Do I have anything to worry about?

23 ft lbs is still pretty tight.. I think its recomended at 15 or so.. I do mine at 18.. but the rule of thumb some poeple use is finger tight plus a quarter turn... Your plugs should be ok tho..... Just check them again after 500 km or so

I just dont want the motor to go boom!!! I thought they increased the spec from 18 to 20 something cause the ap1's were having issues??? If I backed them out and went to 18 would that be a problem?

DO NOT USE A TORQUE WRENCH ON THE COIL BOLTS!!!!
they are small screws and only need to be hand tightened.
