FYI... the Speedcraft kit puts down just over 260 RWHP at 4.2 psi and still more torque than a Comptech equipped car. It should still beat an SC'ed car... it achieves full boost much earlier... and has more torque. The S2 handles the additional power extremely well and it's deceptive power at the lower boost settings. You don't get the same sensation of acceleration at the lower boost setting but pull up next to someone that you know how cars compared previously and you'll notice a substantial difference.

The 260 RWHP is without the headgasket but it's not really issue at 4 psi. I don't recall if I ever posted my dyno at 4 psi... I don't believe so but I'm sure Speedcraft has a copy. Give Todd a call. They are probably going to give the option to run with a cat or not... some (like myself) chose to lose the cat. Obviously the exhaust would need to be shorter if you chose to continue using a cat.

FWIW, 1.8 psi additional boost will never make up for the power taken from the crank to drive a supercharger.

I assume you already have SpeedCraft kit or FI of some kind. Putting a 3" on a NA F20C will...

No, I do not have a turbo now, but am going that way in the future (waiting for business investments to pan out, probably like 6-8 mo). And I want something better than stock and an exhaust is something I can take care of now in preparation for the upgrade. Therefore, I do not want to waste money on a 2-1/4" exhaust if I am planning to change in the future..doesn't make sense.

The only other thing I can do is mod elswhere and do turbo/exhaust in one shot....something to think about, I guess....

Thanks for the suggestions...
