Oh there's lots of things you can do. One of the easiest to check and hardest for him to fake would be to use a level and a protractor to measure the exact position of the steering wheel, or even one of the spokes in the road wheel. No way he'd be able to get that right, even with a lift.

Well, I was at the dealership and asked my tech if's it possible to unplug it, but by doing so, you can't open or close the hood, and the eps won't work along with a bunch of other stuff. It was designed that was from Honda to mainly stop the top from opening while the car is moving. I saw the schematics, and the only thing one can really do is get a used gauge cluster from a totaled S2k.

you'd have to jack the car up and disconnect the sensor from the tranny. Chances are this guy doesnt have the experience or will to do something like that. Sounds like you're being paranoid!

Get the Modifry shift module set it to valet mode and wire up some hella supertone horns behind the Lucid panels. IF he is taking your car out, this will scare the daylights out of him. Also makes it uncomfortable to vtec. Modifry's module also tells you the highest RPM the car was taken to.
