Could take the calipers apart and clean them to make sure that the pistons are completely free of any issues. Also you can see inside behind the pistons to make sure that the seals are in good shape. On the back side it's a matter of unscrewing the two bolts and popping out the pistons. On the other side with the Spoon logo, I used an air compressor to pop out the pistons and gain access to the seals and fluid channels and cleaned them all out. Hope this helps, I don't think I have any pictures of the process, which would help. If the calipers came with the original paperwork, there should be a diagram of the caliper, they're a fairly simple design. Good luck, let us know what you find.

Im thinking that it is the brake pad itself...maybe uneven wear from my oem caliper????

That could be an issue as well, do a good bed in procedure and see how it's feeling and looking afterwards. Uneven wear is a good possibility.
