Spoon brake problem?
It seems as of the pads are sitting too high. It hangs over the top of rotor, so at the bottom it doesn't sweep the full rotor surface.
My guess is either the pads on that side aren't sitting in the caliper properly, or the caliper on tjat side is somehow mounted too high.
I would remove wheels, and carefully compare each side to see what is different.

No you can't adjust the caliper height. Make sure the pads are sitting down in the calipers all the way, if they're not, you will def notice and have issues putting the bridge back on with the two bolts. As Manga stated earlier, you can always swap pads and see if the wear remains the same. You should try some of these suggestions, then get back with us after, to say what you found out.
It could be air, but you can order parts if you need too.

thanks guys for your help...it was my brake bads which were not sitting properly and maybe some air....changed back to my oem and everything is fine!!!I ll change them in few months and i'm thinking of project μ pads what do you suggest???
