I was offered a spoon lw flywheel and hd complete clutch for $900. anyone say for sure that the lightweight flywheel has a noteable affect on acceleration? Thanks in advance...

the lighter the flywheel, the less parisitic effect it will have on your drive train.

I have that setup. I can't recommend a lightened flywheel enough. It makes a world of difference for rev-matching, and you'll see a little more power to the wheels.

I drove another car with the Toda FW, and the engine seemed even more responsive (freer-revving in neutral), which may lend credence to the idea that although they're nearly the same weight, the Toda has a lower MoI than the Spoon. On the other hand, that car was far more heavily modified than mine, so it's not quite apples-to-apples.

Anyway, 900 is a good price for the whole kit.

Go for it. You will notice acceleration improvement.
