I have studied the manual for a couple hours lol. I think it may be the evaporator canister purge valve. Its quite common for them to go bad, the reason there is no code is because its a two stage trip code. This means two things have to go wrong at the same time in order for the ECU to pick up on them. It even states in the manual when you set the readiness codes that this is a hard code to get to pop up. I already ordered the part, I will definitely post up if this fixes it. It states in the manual that the problem will more likely occur when the tank is less than half full. I'm just on a hunch here, once again, hopefully I can post again by the end of the week.

you can test ohms across the solenoid to make sure it works, ofl means no good. but the solenoid can be operating properly even though the valve is stuck/sticking. just a lil more info, mine should be here tomorrow.

Well the car idles much better, I need to fully adjust my TPS, it feels as if it has a flat spot in the pedal, funny thing is I can only feel the flat spot when I am releasing the pedal, never feel it when I am gradually pushing on the accelerator. Is it possible the flat spot can be one sided like that?

I experience this "flat" spot as well, only when releasing the pedal... Its strange.
How do you adjust the TPS?

Stock TB? there are two screws holding it into position, unless you have the special tool you wont be able to turn the screws, I used a small chisel and hammer to break them loose, my TB came with new screws. You also need a diagnostic scanner, the TPS must be set below 14% at closed throttle. Mines around 12%, Then you need to reset the ECU and perform the idle procedure. 3k rpms until the cooling fans kick on then let the car idle for 5 mins not including fan run time any time during the procedure. Stupid but it really makes the car idle nicely, especially if you have the TB and all the crap I do.

On another note my car seems to be running much better, no bogging or anything. Looks like the Evap canister purge valve and the IAC went bad. $200 total but not too bad if you ask me. Just annoying to figure out. All I have left to do is reset my ECU and do the idle learnup. As always I'll repost if problem reoccurs. I havent driven the car but 3 times but it ran better than ever so far, I will also post if this is the fix. Good luck guys.
