Another member told me that my rough idle condition is probably due to having a light weight flywheel. the lighter the flywheel weight the lesser the engine fluctuations get smoothed out by the flywheel, which makes since to me.
BTW: i have a test pipe on as well.

Stock TB? there are two screws holding it into position, unless you have the special tool you wont be able to turn the screws, I used a small chisel and hammer to break them loose, my TB came with new screws. You also need a diagnostic scanner, the TPS must be set below 14% at closed throttle. Mines around 12%, Then you need to reset the ECU and perform the idle procedure. 3k rpms until the cooling fans kick on then let the car idle for 5 mins not including fan run time any time during the procedure. Stupid but it really makes the car idle nicely, especially if you have the TB and all the crap I do.
Below 4% you will get the TPS low DTC, above 9% and you will get TPS high DTC.
If you go to the page before that it says below 14.1%. The whole thing is confusing to me, some of the stuff in the manual contradicts itself. I definitely have a flat spot around 6% so I'm tuning around that. I havent gotten a code yet.
I have been watching this forum the past few days, and have been having the same problems past and present. I may have the solution because I have resolve mine today. Most of you wont believe it but its simple "Change the spark plugs!" My S is back to hauling as an S should. All the tuning in the world and we look over the simple stuff, Im running stock, just remember to unhook the neg battery, remove old and replace with new NGKs, re affix the battery, re install radio code, let the car warm up, shortly after the computer will relearn new Tune up and you will smile at yourself. Hope it works for you all...
maybe you didnt read enough of it in the past few days?
Spark plugs would be a consistent problem, the problem we are having is intermittent. My plugs have less than 10k on them.

less than 10k miles - .44 NGKs
Well I just brought the car back from Germany a few month ago, where the weather is pretty cold, and we drive consistintly well over 120 MPH on the reg, but in the summer it is warm and when you are driving at high rate of speed and come to a traffic jam. You would get the heat soak problem, and a tap on you intake MAP sensor would usally solve the problem. But since having the car in continuous hot weather NC 93+ daily stop and go traffic was terrifing, the spark plugs in my S had Id say about 15 or so thousand miles, and I thought it could never resolve this problem but it did. Just Try it! $45 bucks vs all the sleep you are loosing cause your S is acting up, will make you feel dumbfounded. Trust me, and all in all I hope you resolve your problem. I also cant believe my S is Zooming like it is supose to again thanks to some cheap oh NGK Spark plugs...
