Squeak/creak noise when pressing on the clutch pedal
Current clutch related setup: MY00 AP1, New OEM master and slave cylinder, ACT light weight flywheel and hdss Clutch kit, stock tranny. I had greased the cup prior to installing the new slave cylinder.
Issue : when pressing down on the pedal I can feel roughness in the pedal as it creaks/squeaks on its way down. Also, if I push the pedal all the way down and then slowly let it come back up, it sort of pops out and then smoothly comes up. There are no issues with driving other than this annoying sound and sticky/poping out feeling of the pedal.
Does anyone know what is causing the noise?

Did you grease the slave clutch fork tips?
It might be a rusted transmission input spline. You would have to drop the transmission in order to clean up the rust and put new grease on it. (Pretty labor intensive)
I have the same issue, going to live with it until its time to replace the clutch.

Squeaky clutch pedal is usually lack of grease on the fork tips, and/or ball end of slave.
Other cause is lack of grease on inside friction surface of the TO bearing.
Rusted spline cannot cause pedal squeak, but will cause very hard shifting and gear grinding.
