Default Squeak when turning steering wheel

Does anyone know what this sound could be coming from?

It happens when I turn the steering wheel left or right and it doesn't appear to matter if the car is on or off. (It's possible that the sound may be only coming from the front right).

That's your power steering motor straining, try to limit turning the wheel when the car is stationary.

So this is normal?

I think I hear it when I turn the wheel while driving too (not 100% sure tho)

I also don't remember hearing this sound when I got the car, it got my attention a few days ago.
