Default SRS parts replaced, codes remain.

Hello,
I had a bump which deployed the airbags. I replaced the belts, front crash sensors, airbags, and the SRS module. I reset the SRS light but it stayed on. I jumped the OBD2 pins and got codes 8-2 and 2-1.

8-2 says internal failure of SRS unit.
2-1 says increased resistance in front passenger airbag.

I ordered another SRS unit/module and another front passenger airbag. Replaced both (Yes i pulled the battery cable off while I replaced them). Reset SRS, light still on, pull codes, still 8-2 and 2-1. I find it hard to believe that both of the parts I got were also bad.
Does anyone know how I could troubleshoot this further?

Thanks.

My guess (and it's only a guess) is that it's something in the wiring harness as that's the part that hasn't changed.

I know it's been almost a year, but I'm curious if you've ever resolved it.
