Default SRS light stays on?

I've been driving around some time without a passenger airbag since I did a dash swap.

Now I remounted my passenger airbag, disconnected the battery, connected the airbag, reconnected the battery.
The SRS light stays on in the dash when I start the car.

Do I have to reset the ECU? Or does the dealer has to reset this? Or am I stupid?

All advise is welcome...t hx!

There is a special procedure that you will need to follow to reset the SRS light. Resetting the ECU will have no effect. You can purchase a special tool, but the procedure can be done with the careful use of a jumper wire. I don't remember the specific procedure, so a search for SRS reset and you should come up with some solutions.
