Default SRS Unit Wiring

I recently restored a 2002 S2000 that had been in an an accident where the driver airbag was deployed. I have everything running very nicely, but the SRS system is still throwing me for a loop.

In short, the light remains illuminated 100% of the time, regardless of state.

I have tried the standard reset procedure by bridging the yellow two-pin connector to no avail. I have attempted to pull codes by bridging pins #4 and #9 on the ODBII port, with a response from the ABS, but not the SRS light. The vehicle behaves as if the unit is disconnected, does not ever flash the light or display codes. I have tried swapping the SRS unit with two other good units, and tested all other safety items with the exception of the passenger airbag.

At this point, I'm fairly sure it's either a wiring issue or a blown fuse somewhere. I would like some advice about where I should begin my search.
