Default Stalling issue

Hi to all s2000 felowers, I have not post in a long time since those Hondas are so reliable, but I have a 2003 with approximately 120000 miles daily driver no mods othe than an exhaust an cold air intake, and Wednesday morning start the car as usual drive about 4 blocs and car stalls, start right and dies did the same all the way to my shop if I didn't keep my foot on the throtle no sputtering, no miss just gradually dies acts like a tps out of adjustment or idle too low hooked up a cheap scanner but no faults she pulls fine all the way thru the rpms. I'm back in town today so I see if it's still doing it. Any ideas ?
Thanks for the help
John
