Default Starting issue

Ok so i have a strange issue I've never experienced before.. When the car is cold it starts right up and runs perfect... no hesitation or anything at all.. Then again if the car is hot from driving and I shut it off to get gas or run into a store it gives me a hard time.. I hit the start button it fires up, and dies right away (after like a second).. Then always on the second try it stays running.. I've eliminated the option of it being the starter because it still starts up fine, it just dies on the first try when warm. Any ideas?

Sounds like a relay getting hot problem.

I had this issue, and for me the battery I was using (Honda) could hold up in Florida's heat. Check your battery for correct voltage and amps
