problem starting
weather is about high 20's, low 30's Celsius........HOT is the word...
However every since a few days ago after the S2K had been parked over night and (when the engine is cold of course)...I turned the key and when hitting the START button...it won't turn over....i thought i left the lights on all nite and the battery were dead (at least it sounded like that was what happened)...so i checked everything and that wasn't the case...
So i hit the START again and gave it a bit of gas and BOOM. it started!!
Drove around for a while and throughout the day with starting and stopping and stopping and it was pretty much fine.........but then every morning for the past few days...same crap......got to give it gas before it would be able to start!!!!!!!!
What could be the problem??????????????????????

Your current ambient temps is NOT likely the problem.
You could have a bum battery. This has been reported on fairly new cars. You can get it tested.
You may have bad connections at the battery terminals or at the starter button.
Your clutch may not have been fully on the floor at the time. There is a clutch/starter interlock switch on the pedal. Was there something bunched up under the pedal?
PS. You should not be giving any gas when starting a fuel injected car UNLESS you have already done something goofy, like flooding it by giving it gas when trying to start it.
