Default Steering is Heavy

So I just got my 03 back from the body shop today. I had an accident about a month ago. I had to learn the hard way that the tires break lose much easier when the temperature drops.

When I turn the wheel to the right the steering feels heavy with resistance. When I turn to the left it feels perfectly fine. The impact was on the passenger side towards the rear of the front wheel well. I know they replaced a lot of the suspension. I am thinking the heavy feeling is from EPS althought the light isn't on. The handling feels nice and tight as before the accident its just much heavier to turn the wheel to the right. I figured I would ask for diagnosis help here since the body shop obviously doesn't care because they ignored the heavy feeling.

Any thoughts will be appreciated, thanks.

You need to have the EPS Torque sensor neutral position relearned. It is documented in the Helms manual or you could have the dealer do it.

Unfortunately I don't have a helms manual. I will definitely be taking it back. I hope they know how to fix it. Is the torque sensor something that only Honda can do? If that is the case I will get on the phone with my insurance to arrange it.

I have done it, but the manual states you have to have a Honda PCM to do it. I used a paperclip to short the two pins. Talk to you ins and get a Honda Dealer to do it for you.
