Sounds like the EPS (Electric Power Steering) is unhappy. I experienced this when my alternator went bad (stopped charging) and my battery voltage started to drop. Check your car's voltage both with the motor off, with the motor running at idle, and with the motor above 2000 rpm. First case should be close to 12 volts, second case should be higher than first, and third case should be closer to 14 volts.

Check those and report back.

update did test.

results:

Engine off: 12.3 V
Engine On Idle: 13.8 V
Engine On 2000+ rpms: 14.3 V

now it will do it at higher speeds 50 mph + not as bad as it does when at idle but sticks alittle

fokissed - Sorry, I had lost this post and didn't get back to you. What you are experiencing sounds very different from what I dealt with. My best advice is to take it to a dealer. I'm curious to hear what they have to say.
