Default Steering Resistance/Feedback

When cornering on a track or windy road, do any of you notice that when turning right there is slightly less resistance than turning left and the steering wheel "snaps" back better on left turns ?

I am running 32 psi on fronts and backs, I have had the alignment checked multiple times by both the dealer and outside shop.

I am on a neutral surface so there is no road crown. I think my tires have something to do with it but the fronts were recently replaced.

I wanted to see if others experience similar characteristics when conering hard.

Thanks,

You probably have a problem with the steering rack. There are threads from billman about it somewhere in uth/tech forums.

speaking of, this isn't the handling forum moving this to under the hood since its not really track/auto-x related.

Ever been wrecked?

Bent steering racks do weird things.

No wrecks only 12,000 miles. Been to three different dealerships and an external shop none of which found anything other than one of my tires is slightly worn more than the other by nearly 2/32 of an inch.
