Hi.
Brought s2000 1mnth ago...... still in menders!
They have replaced the steering rack, but the light on the dash stays on. The body shop took it to honda who says that it's nothing to do with reseting on the computer; has anybody replaced rack & had same problem, & more to the point has a remedy? i.e. how do you turn off the light!

Exactly what light are you talking about? The EPS light? Does it stay on after you start the engine? What's the history of the car? How long was it sitting idle (no engine starts)?

 

Yes; the EPS light.
Mechanic replaced steering rack, connected all leads & light stays on. Honda garage has had quick look & doesn't know what the problem is. I know there is a help point in this sites library, but there is a problem downloading it at mo. Has anyone ever saved the adobe file to their pc & can send me it?

Just to clarify, the light stays on AFTER starting the car?
