Most Aftermarket extended warranties cover the rack. I'd wait untill you hear from them before attempting the rack guide adjustment.

I believe my service rep has told me the tech did try to use the "rack guide screw" and couldn't get it down to place. when I drive I can feel the difference now, on left it feels tighter than before, and on rights it feels abit loose. I will just wait till the warranty company calls my rep.

Warranty has been approved. parts going to be ordered, saved myself $1,800
