Default Steering wheel question

How hard is it to swap out the steering wheel for an aftermarket?

WIll the SRS bag stay on if there is no airbag on the new wheel?
What happends to the cruise control?

The wheel and bag are easy to pull, as for the Cruz, you can relocate it to somewhere else.
If you drive the car with no air bag then it will throw a code. There is a fix to that but, I

will an 06 airbag fit the VGS wheel?

What other parts do you need to make the swap?

I was under the impression the splines are what stops everyone. Did you come up with a fix?

Yeah, he did. But then again he knows how to work with metal and did it himself.

Ya...A big hammer
It's a lot of work, not something you can do in your garage

Any air-bag from any S2000 will work with the VGS wheel

i think there is a momo hub that will trick the computer to think there is an airbag in there, so the SRS light will not be on. with those you do loose the cruise control though
