Default Sticky Clutch Problem

I had my clutch replaced 21k miles ago under the clutch buzz tsb, and when I got it back, I immediately felt that something was wrong. THe clutch would feel really soft, then all of a sudden really hard. Then sometimes it would be hard halfway, then soft the other half. Other times, the clutch would seem to stick a little or feed like metal grinding on metal.

I brought the car back to the dealership and they couldnt replicate the problem (b/c it only happens some of the time). They replaced my clutch fluid and i took it home. THe problem was still there, so a month later, i brought it back to them again. they couldnt replicate the problem, so they said there was nothing they could do.

Since it didnt happen all the time, and the dealership refused to look at it, I just left it alone.

Last month, I brought my car in to get an alignment done at the same dealership, and the tech said "why does ur clutch feel like the pressure is diff at diff pts?" I said that i felt that after they changed my clutch and that the dealership never could replicate the issue. So I scheduled another test drive. They took it out, and my luck, they couldnt replicate the problem.

So I said I would leave it there all this week, and they could test drive it every day til they felt it.

Today, they called me and told me my clutch was slipping when they drive it hard. I NEVER had that happen to me... They say that the clutch problems I am feeling is due to my driving, and that the clutch is slipping b/c of driving style and normal wear and tear. They refuse to look at it further.

Now, I am thinking, If I felt that problem from the beginning, could it have been a sign of a improper install? And would driving my clutch like that have led to premature wear of my clutch, which if what they are telling me is true, is now leading my clutch to slip?

I am pretty frustrated with this whole thing... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Mike
