Stray RCA plug under the dash???

I have a plug that is dangling below the dash on the driver side of my Stook. It looks like an RCA plug for something but I can not tell without taking the dash apart. Seeing as how I am NOT a fan of dash rattles... does anyone have any ideas what this plug could be?
The interior is all stock, radio included... and everything appears to be working properly. Does anyone know the general location of the Lo-Jack system????
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

For diagnosing what? The OBD2 diagnostic connector should be, well, an OBD2 diagnostic connector. Looks like a centronics parallel printer conn but smaller.
What's this RCA one for? I think I've got to go look at my manual...

The Honda mechanic told me it was a "diagnosing plug" when I brought my S2K in for my oil eating symptoms... (one quart in the first 2500 miles). I have just left it alone since then... the plug is black in color and it looks identical to a female RCA plug. Maybe lazy mechanic told me something I wanted to hear? Who knows...

The OBD-II (On Board Diagnostics) connector is located under the passenger side of the dash....not the drivers. Can't even fathom what your talking about and have spent a lot of time under there.....? Maybe a picture would help us help you....but it's not a diagnostic connection.
