Default to stroke, or not to stroke

I am getting ready to rebuild my engine and I was wondering if anyone on here has done the 2.4L stroker set up that Turbo mag wrote up that used honda OEM parts. This summer at my parents body shop, I plan on going through the whole car anyway and putting some Kia 4.77s in the diff too. As far as the 2.4l stroker set up goes, can i overbore .25mm and be ok as long as I still use the OEM H22 pistons? Also, do i need engine management, or does the engine run fine on the stock ecu?

also, due to the change in rod ratio from 1.82:1 to 1.58:1, would the redline need to be moved down to that of an accord (7200rpm I think) or could I get away with something closer to 8k?

Talked to Toda today, they said to limit rpm to 8200 with their 2.4 stroker kit. 87mmx100mm.
