Question stupid rain

theres moisture in my headlight now, i had to drive w the headlights on at 630 this morning getting to class and it was pouring.
i searched the forum and dont know if it will be likey covered under warranty or nmot.
my question is will moisture from the rain likey blow out the bulb and just the bulb, or if the bulb goes everything else goes? hopefully it wont cost me too much :-(

Hmm. Moisture in the headlights is typically not covered. It should not have an adverse effect on the bulb unless there is a shit load of it (like liquid water sloshing around in the enclosure). Do you have some sort of bumper to bumper after market warranty or something? If so, ask them.

Well, the car is about 6 years old. Shit breaks. Bulbs burn out.

Have the headlights ever been cleared? That can contribute to moisture intrusion.

There is no simple fix for this short of opening up the headlights or replacing them.

you should check the rubber seals on the back of the headlights to see if they are nice and tight.

With my extended warranty programs headlights and bulbs are NOT covered. The ballast IS covered. But I offer a different plan than Honda Motor CO does.
