Hey guys, I'll make it really short, whenever I start up my 06' it stutters or almost hesistates to fire up. What could cause this?
I'm thinking the battery?
Maybe the oil? I just changed it and put Mobil 1 Syn 10-w30.
The car has around 38k miles on the odo.

 

If the battery is weak, the engine will be sluggish to turn over.

 

Sounds like a weak batt.

I've been having the same problem! Been having very weak start ups. I took my car to Honda dealership, they didn't find "anything wrong". I also took it to pep boys, thats when they said it was the battery and it needs to be replaced soon? This concerns me because my s2000 is a 09 with only 15k miles.. What are some possible factors?

 

get a stinger battery. works great for me.

 

this issue is common.......people have just learned to live with it
i give it a kick "blip" of gas as it starts to fire.
