Default Suggestions For Changing Parking Light Bulb

Anybody have any tips for changing the parking light bulb on the front headlight without actually removing the bumper and headlight assembly? I tried following the instructions per the user's manual, but I can't manage to squeeze my hand in through the fender cover to reach it.

I've done this once, and the instructions do leave you with little room for your hand.

Next time, I will take off the wheel and remove more of the fender liner clips. This should allow for better access and also not bend the liner so sharply.

i didn't even have to take the wheel off. just turn it in completely and take off the clips. wear gloves, cuz it gets messy.

I tried that, but still wasn't able to get the liner down enough. Guess I'll be trying to raise that side of the car. I'm trying to replace the bulb under the turn signal.

you sure you took out ALL the clips? i've done this plenty of times on other people's car and i've never had any difficulty.

mind you there's a clip right behind the headlight housing that is the deciding factor on whether you're going to pull that liner far out enough.

there is also an 8mm bolt that you have to unscrew. that might make it easier.
