Default Supercharged S2K expected output?

Firstly, this is my first post, so "Hi" to all.

I have a 1973 BMW 2002 running a supercharged S2K engine. It's a Rotrex SC from TTS.

We mapped it for the first time yesterday at Emerald in Norfolk, UK. We managed to achieve 318 bhp and 210 lbft, but although it's still going to be awesome, I thought it would have produced more. I just wondered if those of you out there with SC S2Ks could let me know what power you've managed to achieve. At the moment, we think the issue is likely to be the exhaust.

Any help or info would be really appreciated! Thanks!

Hello. Maybe post this in the Forced Induction forum. You'll get better results.

This does seem low. We need more info though. What blower? What pulley sizes on the blower and crank? What was the boost level? ...etc...

Interesting setup. Any reason you didn't hot-rod a Ti or Tii? I used to have two Ti's (both 121 heads) and one plain 2002 with E21 head. I loved the Ti with those smaller intake port 121 heads. Ran 4:11 ratio rear end. Plain aspiration, prolly 140-150 BHP. Pretty sure you could get 200 BHP out of a 2002 Turbo.

You must really have beefed up the chassis and suspension to have 300 BHP engine under the hood.
