Suspension Question...
It's been about a month since I installed Bilstein Pss9. For some odd reason, Front Driver side was lower than Passanger side. I already checked on the measurement and both sides have 15 threads from bottom of the spring adjustment. While the vehicle was on the ground, I unscrewed 2 bolts that holds the upper arm control and tighten back on both sides. After tighten re-tighten the upper control arms while the vehicle is on the ground seem to help balance the ride height of vehicle.
I took the car to get alighnment done @ local shop. My car had 6256 mile when I dropped the car. after two hours my car came back w/ 6259 mile and my front passenger height is now higher than driver side.!!
so my question are
1)why is my passenger side higher than driver side? should i lift the front of the car, unscrew the upper control arm then tighten the bolt while the car is ground?
2)do alignment done while the car is rolling?

you need to preload the bolt on the lower end of the damper before you tighten it, that's how most of the guys diy'ing the suspension missed it.
if you done that and still have a noticeable uneven height, ask a friend with the similar weight sit inside the driver's seat, see if it will even out.
the answer of your second answer is no, rolling or joy riding your car is not required in most "average" alignment.
on the side note: make sure you have enough drool travel on the damper, i think you have a helper spring on that coilover kit, right? most guys with honda seems to lower it too much, they think they can get more travel with it with a stiff to sh-t strut height(again, assuming your coilover is two way adjustable).
in short: have someone dial it in for you, the car can ride like crap if you mess with the setting.
after that you can fine tune the damper values
and corner balance it.
