Can here no tct chatter there at all.

Take another vid, 4 feet away from front of car, hood closed. It is the best way to hear chain noise.

If its not the chain, any idea what it could be? I’ve done hours of research and listened to every video on YouTube with zero luck and had three different people hear it in person. Only thing we have thought it could be is maybe a chain guide starting to go? Is that a possibility?

Not a chain guide, guaranteed.

When the hood is open, too many individual noises are combined together, masking each other. With the hood closed, prominent noises stand out.

The rattle sound you hear when I rev the engine is caused by the race mounts causing the fender to shake.

Yes that the noise not associated with my issue coming from the motor. That rattle is external coming from the fender/hood shaking. As you can hear in the first video that sound is not present
