You may also get a nasty fine depending on what your local laws are.

Your car will be the exact same except for a bit louder with a few more ponies. Its a good mod.

If you get the T1R, you won't get a CEL and you can also use your OEM shield over it.

I've had mine on for about a year now and like it alot. the smell doesn't bother me at all, but it does to some.

Carbon monoxide poisoning is no joke! Running without a cat can cause serious damage to you and others. A car without a cat puts out 6000x the amount a car with a cat does!

And what about all the pre-80's vehicles with them not installed...

You are correct about carbon monoxide poisning...but i doubt after he puts it on he will be sitting in a closed garage revving his engine or sticking has face in his tail pipe...

its a good mod. i have the stock exhaust on still and it give a nice raspy sound at around 3800 - 4200rpm.. as far as power i dont know about that..

maybe 1/2hp

Right! Same goes for Berk as well. Berk is working excellent on my '02.

Definitely a few companies out there who make a straight piece of pipe with a couple flanges and extended 02 bung for decent prices Berk and T1R are my recommendations for high quality products though.
