Default TEST PIPE MAKES TIN CAN SOUND. FIX?

I'm runnning a Invidia 70mm TP w/ stock exhaust and the thing sounds like a tin can! i tried header wrap on the tp itself but that did nothing to help.

anyone find a fix for this one? do all tp sound like a tin can? ap1 vs ap2?

not going to put the cat back on. i'm looking for information where someone has experince with running a tp on a stock exhuast and came up with a fix for the tin can issue. if not, i'd rather have the tin can deal than a cat. i'm asking in case there is a fix ......

Make sure all the bolts are tight, however you will have some of the sound no matter what.

i saw this video awhile back of the berk tp. i thought this was how a test pipe was supposed to sound. i don't understand how one test pipe would sound like a tin can and the other would sound good, but i'm starting to read a lot of mixed reviews.

the stock exhaust is around 10mm off from the tp he's using. might make a difference.
