Default is there a screw missing on my valve cover?

I got my car back from the dealer (they put in a new short block so i know the took off the valve cover and much more) and i noticed that there is an area on the valve cover that looks like a screw should be there since it's threaded. I tried googling pictures of S2000 valve covers but can't find a clear picture showing if there should be something screwed on here. It's circled in green in the picture. Just want to know if something's supposed to be there or if it's normal the way it is. Thanks in advance

To clarify what BBV said, my AP1 also does not have that threaded hole. It definitely looks like something like a ground should go there, since it's just bare metal.

Normal. My last AP2 was like this, and it was purchased brand new. My current AP2 is the same also.

for me i took my valve cover off because the screws kept coming out and it would vibrate with the engine and make an awful noise!

Weird. Any idea what that could be for, since it was added for the AP2?

Maybe in other countries it's used for something. For the RHD cars possibly?

I think you maybe mean the ignition coil cover? There'd be a lot more wrong if you left the valve cover off!
