But then look at the other side of the spectrum. A smaller shop can also give you more attention to your specific needs and wants. Also, many small businesses are very reputable. Bushur racing or Force performance has had many years of experience, and as DSM drivers can attest, make the best or close to the best quality parts for their DSM even though they are not larger than say HKS or Greddy etc. From what I hear, not from experience, speedcraft has a decent reputation.

Oh, and UL are you looking for compressor maps for the 60 trim turbo or for the Paxton Novi supercharger?

Since this topic is coming back to life, I would like to add a unique perspective. I had a Comptech SC on my '00 S2k for about one year and recently upgraded to a speedcraft turbo. All said I have put way too much money into this car, but I am pleased with the outcome. As for the reliability, I can only relate SC experience. I had many problems with the system - starting with the rough running engine/drivetrain. I spoke with Shad of Comptech numerous times about many problems. He was helpful. Racing fuel and an ESM (when it finally came out) made an improvement by smoothing out the rough edges, but the car had still lost its "smooth" feel. Finally, after a year, the SC started to make a horrible grinding noise and lose power. Coupled with the bracket braking, I decided to try a different route. Based on positive communication with current speedcraft turbo owners, I contacted the "small garage shop in orange park florida." Still somewhat skeptical, I spoke with Todd numerous times. When he offered to tune my car with the AEM EMS, I couldn't turn down the offer. I continue to be impressed with their level of customer service and attention to detail.

Finally, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I can drive my car on PUMP gas and still produce roughly as much horsepower as a new BMW M3. To top it off, the feel is as SMOOTH as stock with awesome power. Forgive my bias, but I am trying to offer a rare perspective. I might be the only one who has been foul enough to try both systems on the same car ...

KYS2000, I'm looking for the Novi map.

For the rest, please read the first post in the thread again. This is not about which is better, simply why they perform as they do. If you do not respect the purpose of the thread, I will have it closed.

UL I have the 60 trim map but went looking through the internet for the Paxton map and couldn't find it....hmm. Can our engine really ingest over 60lbs. per min of air?
