"thunk" when backing?

it took off the driver side no problem today after a good oil and running 90psi. the passenger however... no luck. tried the breaker bar again after some penetrating oil. no luck. i can stand on the bar and bend it almost six inches out of its normal straight line and it wont frigging come off.

add some more length to the breaker bar with a tube of some sorts, like those used on jacks, you'll get more torque on it.

my ap2 makes this same noise sometimes. I thought this was just an ap1 problem?
