Found your video. Sounds like a bad Timing chain tensioner to me. Here is a link to another video with a bad TCT. Sounds pretty similar to yours. https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=fD0wXdMbkUU

Ya that's what I'm leaning towards myself. Found a video on yt on how to fix the tensioner without having to buy a new one. Still going to get the valves done anyways. I really appreciate all the help

If the yt video is the chazz's video don't follow that. Do NOT use a dremel sanding wheel, use 80 grit sand paper and hand scrub the worm gear and the inside of the piston. You don't want to remove material, just give the surfaces a rough texture so they interface better and don't have to depend entirely on oil pressure.

Ya i didnt use a dremel thought that was way too aggressive, but i did use the 80grit, still got a tick so ove narrowed it down to the valves....getting them done next week. Next thing in my list clean my iac valve and any idea as to where my purge canister is? I gotta replace is p1457 plus gotta check the vacuum lines on it as well. Running tooooo rich i can smell fuel from my exhaust
