Ticking wipers

Default Ticking wipers
I tried search because I remember reading about it here before. Anyway, When i turn the wipers on, it ticks when they go up, then go down...sounds like its behind the dash. How can I fix this

There is no fix. It's the relay clicking on and off. If you had defrost it does it with that as well.
